The Dedicated Manager
Meet Alex
Alex is a high performer who prides himself on his team’s success. Lately, however, constant restructuring and shifting priorities have left him feeling drained. He puts on a brave face for his team, but privately, he feels overwhelmed. He needs practical tools to manage his own stress so he can continue to lead effectively.
The Rising Professional
Meet Chloe
Chloe is ambitious and excels in her role, but the pressure to always be "on" is becoming exhausting. She struggles to switch off after work and finds her sleep is suffering. She knows this pace is not sustainable and worries about her long term wellbeing, but she does not know how to build resilience without appearing weak or less committed.
The Experienced Leader
Meet Ben
Ben has navigated many challenges in his career, but he notices his usual coping mechanisms are no longer working. He sees his team members struggling with similar pressures and feels a responsibility to support them, but he lacks a clear framework or language to address wellbeing in a meaningful way.

Why This Matters Now
What Our Clients Say
FrontTier created a welcoming and engaging space from the outset. Their personal stories helped bring the content to life and made it easy to connect both with them and the material. What I appreciated most was the balance between practical strategies we could apply straight away and deeper reflection around personality, strengths, and why we work the way we do. I found it personally insightful, and it has already sparked ideas we’re excited to embed in our teaching. A very valuable workshop!
The College of Law
FrontTier spoke at one of our legal leaders events in NZ and they were amazing. Their presentation on mental health and the topic of thriving not just surviving was so well delivered, with practical take aways. I would recommend them to anyone!

It was a powerful and inspiring session that has been consistently highlighted by attendees as one of the biggest standouts of our day. We would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Matt Fen
Matt Fenn is a wellbeing and performance speaker who works with organisations to help leaders and teams build the foundations of sustainable high performance. Drawing on insights from performance psychology, leadership development, and behavioural science, Matt’s work focuses on how people think, operate, and perform under pressure. Through keynotes, workshops, and programmes, he helps teams strengthen the underlying drivers of performance – resilience, mindset, leadership, and culture – enabling people to perform at the top of their game consistently while maintaining wellbeing.
Matt’s perspective on performance is grounded in both research and lived experience. His endurance challenges – including running over 3,400km across New Zealand and completing multiple large-scale fundraising events for mental health initiatives – have given him a unique insight into resilience, sustained effort, and navigating pressure over long periods of time. Today, he brings those lessons into organisations across New Zealand and Australia, translating them into practical strategies that help leaders and teams perform at their best.
