Programme Delivery Structure

We deliver this programme through three focused and highly interactive sessions. Each session is ninety minutes in length. This structure ensures that continuous growth is simple to engage with and easy to sustain.

Session 1: Understanding Generations and Adaptive Leadership

We explore the formative experiences and core motivators that shape each generation. You will learn the five-step Generational Leadership Loop and begin putting these concepts into practice.

Session 2: Communication, Feedback and Connection

You will develop adaptable communication approaches suited to different generations. We practice turning generational insights into practical everyday strategies using proven role-play scenarios.

Session 3: Career Pathways, Values and Psychological Security

We embed the framework to help you create meaningful and flexible career pathways. You will learn to promote psychological security across your organisation by modelling openness and transparency.

Investment: $1,800 plus GST per participant.

There is a minimum requirement of eight participants. This all-inclusive fee covers the complete three-session experience.
